The Portland Police Bureau’s Missing Persons Unit is looking for a missing endangered woman and anyone who sees her is asked to contact PPB.

Helen Gill-Wright, 71, was last seen at 4:00 p.m., today leaving the memory care center at Providence Hospital, from an unlocked door that exits onto Northeast 47th Avenue. Helen has trouble with her memory, and she does not have a cellular phone or money.

Helen is described as an African American female, 5’7”, 120 lbs. Helen was last seen wearing an olive-colored puffy jacket with fur trim, pink pants and a multicolored head wrap. PPB detectives are very concerned about Helen being out in the lowering temperatures.

PPB is asking anyone who sees Helen to please call 911. Anyone with information about the case is urged to contact detectives at missing@police.portlandoregon.gov.
