March 04, 2024 18:44

The Portland Police Bureau’s Missing Persons Unit is looking for a missing endangered man and anyone who sees him is asked to contact PPB.

Robert Kemp, Jr., 30, has been missing since Friday, March 1, 2024, at approximately 8:30 p.m. Robert was last seen leaving his group home in the Centennial Neighborhood.

Robert is described as a Black male, 5’8”, 150 lbs. He was last seen wearing a black beanie, brown jacket, and carrying a black trash bag.

Robert is currently under the supervision of the Psychiatric Security Review Board. Both the PSRB and detectives would like to locate Robert as soon as possible because he suffers from a mental health disorder that if untreated could cause him to be a danger to himself and others.

PPB is asking anyone who sees Robert to call 911 immediately. Anyone with non-critical information is urged to contact detectives at missing@police.portlandoregon.gov and reference case number 24-51494.
