The man killed in a crash in the Brentwood-Darlington Neighborhood on November 1, 2024, has been identified as Sean A. Kehr, 43, of Portland.

A man died after a motor scooter crash in the Brentwood-Darlington Neighborhood.

On Friday, November 1, 2024 at 3:02 a.m., Portland Police officers assigned to East Precinct responded to a call of a crash at Southeast 72nd Avenue and Southeast Ogden Street. When officers arrived they found a motor scooter down and the rider, an adult male, deceased. Preliminary information suggests that the scooter was the only involved vehicle.

The Portland Police Traffic Division Major Crash Team is responding to the scene to investigate the crash. During the investigation, Southeast 72nd Avenue is closed between Southeast Bybee Boulevard and Southeast Henderson Street.
