07/31/2015 Shooting Investigation Underway in North Portland's Humboldt Neighborhood - No Known Victims

On Friday July 31, 2015, at 7:59 p.m., North Precinct and Gang Enforcement Team (GET) officers responded to the report of gunfire in the 5000 block of North Commercial Avenue.

07/31/2015 UPDATE: Public's Help Needed to Locate a Suspect in a Hit and Run, Assault Investigation (Photo)

The actual vehicle license plate is Oregon D010926 and the vehicle is confirmed as a 2013 Chevrolet Equinox.



The Portland Police Bureau is asking for the public's help to locate 28-year-old Elisha Rae Hanson in connection with a July 22, 2015 incident that occurred in Southeast Portland's Mill Park Neighborhood.

Hanson is described as a white female, 5'9" tall, 150 pounds, brown hair, and green eyes.

Detectives are also asking for the public's help to locate the vehicle Hanson was driving at the time of the incident.

The vehicle is a dark-colored 2012 or 2013 Chevrolet Equinox with yellow Oregon Disabled Veteran license plates.

This investigation began on Wednesday July 22, 2015, at 1:24 p.m., when East Precinct officers responded to the report of a hit and run in the Taco Bell parking lot, located at Southeast 126th Avenue and Division Street.

Officers and medical personnel arrived and located 48-year-old Kevin McNerney suffering from traumatic injuries.*-..
