This project will deconflict national, state, regional, and local plans regarding sites for debris storage, fuel distribution, and mass care and sheltering. This information will simplify jurisdictional response planning, identify gaps, and aid budget decision making by identifying a facility's required post-disaster use. A contractor will review plans to inventory post-disaster services assigned to each faciliy, then assess each facility to list possible uses and recommend best post-disaster use. A work group will review contractor recommendations and determine regional priorities for site usage. REMTEC will approve facility assignments.
