Please contact the lot operator to attempt resolution of a penalty notice you believe was issued in error. Due to the business impacts of COVID-19, please be aware that parking lot operator call response and hold times may have significantly increased at this time. Courtesy waivers are granted at the sole discretion of the lot operator.    

If you have been unable resolve your issue with the lot operator, you may submit a complaint to us using the form below. To aid our review and reduce delays, please thoroughly complete all fields on the complaint form below. Include a full description of the reason you believe the penalty was issued in error, the reason your request for void was denied. Be sure to upload copies of all relevant documents: Penalty Notice, Mailed Invoice, Photos and any related documentation which will support your request.
