Two ordinances were passed by Portland City Council on July 20, 2011.

The first, Ordinance 184757, froze the Consumer Price Index for the Downtown Business District for one year beginning July 1, 2011.  It also extended the public involvement process for the proposed District expansion and condominium fee formula until December, 2011.

The second, Ordinance 184758, renewed the contract with Clean and Safe, Inc., for five years.

Neither ordinance addressed any issues pertaining to expansion or the condominium fee formula decisions.
