When will my refund check be issued?
Refund checks for Portland and Multnomah County business taxes are usually issued within 8-10 weeks after you have filed your return.
Due to high volume, returns filed in March/April and September/October may require an additional 2-4 weeks for a refund to be issued.
How to check/Who to Contact
Refunds will be issued only in the event of overpayment, duplicate payments, or a payment made when no tax was due. An online payment made Monday through Friday may be voided on the same day it is made by calling 503-823-5157 before 4 pm Pacific Time.
All other refund requests must be made in writing:

If you have not received your requested refund after 3 months from date of filing, contact your Account Representative.
