Downtown Business District Expansion and Condominium Fee Funding Formula Proposals
Per Portland City Council Resolution no. 36857 adopted April 20, 2011, the Revenue Bureau invited all interested persons managing property, owning property, residing or working in the current or proposed expanded Downtown Business District (“the District”) to comment on two proposals pertaining to the District:
1. A 12-block expansion of the District (see yellow shaded area on map)
2. The fee rate for Residential Property Management Activities as applied to Condominium properties only (PCC 6.06.210)
