At the direction of Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler, the Revenue Division office will be closed to the public effective 3/17/2020 until further notice. Call center hours are reduced, but you can reach us by phone Monday through Thursday, 9-11:30 am and 1-4 pm. Due to our remote workforce, we are unable to take payments over the phone. We are still available to assist the public through email.
