What is Problem Solved?

This event brings together sustainability-minded individuals from organizations across Portland, with the goal of sharing challenges and advice on workplace sustainability efforts.

You’ll switch tables once, giving you the opportunity to share your unique challenges and gather input from two different groups of peers.

During the table discussions, you’ll hear success stories and troubleshoot efforts to:

  • Engage coworkers
  • Get support from decision makers
  • Start (or improve) social responsibility
  • Improve recycling and waste reduction

You should leave with at least one new idea to try out at your workplace and new contacts to support you in your work.

Read about past events herehere and here.

The Problem Solved event was great. I love the interaction between like-minded sustainable companies and I can’t wait to pass on the notes to my Green Team. I also made some great contacts that could help us with new ideas as well. I am coming to all of these events from now on.
