Over the past year, the Portland Bureau of Transportation has worked with the Office of Management & Finance to develop its process for Administrative Rules.
From time to time, PBOT will clarify, update, or develop new Administrative Rules. The process will include levels of community outreach, with technical adjustments being the lowest level of outreach and new City Council adopted rules being the highest level of outreach depending on the community impacts by these rules.
All administrative rules will be posted here for 30 days as interim before being fully in effect to provide further opportunities for feedback on all administrative rule changes.
