Please submit your Traffic Safety concern via the online form below. Once we have your information, an agent will direct your concern to the appropriate staff. Or you may call PBOT’s 503-823-SAFE hotline and leave a message for one of our agents.
Due to the volume of requests, please allow an average of 16 weeks for a response to your concern.
