Southwest in Motion (SWIM)

SW Portland

SWIM will develop an implementation strategy for active transportation (pedestrian and bicycle) projects in SW Portland. The process will develop a comprehensive list of all known active transportation projects in SW Portland, develop criteria for prioritizing the project list, and then apply the criteria to the project list in order to develop a final prioritized project list and implementation strategy to be adopted by City Council. This effort will be an important step towards setting near-term priorities and determining project readiness to more efficiently deliver pedestrian and bicycle improvements in Southwest Portland as opportunities emerge.
