PBOT's Adaptive Bicycle Workgroup advises on the development of the Adaptive Bicycle Rental pilot project. It is composed of potential users - mostly Portlanders with disabilities - along with nonprofit and government staff that focus on serving people with disabilities.
The workgroup will meet four or five times during spring 2017.
