Design bike lane art for Portland! Grand prize winners in each age bracket will have their art installed on a bike lane by the Portland Bureau of Transportation's street striping crews*!

Open to students from Pre-K through 12th grade. Pick up your coloring page at your local Multnomah County Library branch beginning May 1st or download and print at home. Designs must be hand-delivered to your nearest library for entry in the contest.

Winners will be judged on the following criteria:

- Originality
- Creativity
- Whimsy

Entries will separated into three grade brackets:

- Pre-Kindergarten through 2nd Grade
- 3rd through 6th Grade
- 7th through 12th Grade

Accurately complete an coloring page with the required information, including your name, age/grade, library branch and a phone number and/or email address of the contestant’s parent or guardian; and drop it in the submission box of your local Multnomah County Library. You may enter only by hand delivery. No form of email or other online entry will be accepted. All of the coloring pages will be separated by the following three (3) grade brackets: Pre-Kindergarten to 2nd grade, 3rd through 6th grade, and 7th through 12th grade.

All entries must be submitted and received by May 31, 2019. By submitting a coloring, you promise that the entry form and coloring you submitted: is your original creation; has not been copied in whole or in part from any other work; does not say bad or false things about other people; and has never been previously published or submitted to any other competition.

* Location, timing and final rendition of the winning design will be determined by PBOT staff. See official rules for details.
