Leaf Day service covers 52 districts with the highest concentration of mature street trees and leaves, about one third of the city. In these districts, the amount of leaves is simply too much for our regular street cleaning equipment. These services help PBOT continue to provide cleaner, safer streets, keep our storm drains clear, and ensure our intersections don’t flood.
