SE 80th Avenue & Mill Street LID

LID formed by City Council on January 24, 2018

Design complete.

Bids opened on July 30, 2019; contract awarded.

The City Engineer issued a Notice to Proceed to the contractor on November 18, 2019 to start construction.  Construction anticipated to be complete by May 19, 2020 but schedule is subject to change based on weather, utility relocation and other factors.

The contractor provided a 3-week look-ahead schedule as of 12/17/19 including the following work:

     Week of December 16, 2019:  Erosion control, traffic control, pothole for locations of utilities and construct new manholes

     Week of December 23, 2019:  No work scheduled

     Week of December 30, 2019:  Construct stormwater pipe

Streets include:

  • SE 80th Avenue from 100 feet north of SE Grant Street to SE Market Street
  • SE Mill Street from SE 80th Avenue to SE 82nd Avenue
