TriMet free after 8:00 p.m. on New Year's Eve

Thinking about hitting the town tonight to celebrate 2008?

We encourage you to make it a carefree and safe New Year's Eve by walking or taking transit.

TriMet will be offering free rides on all buses and MAX on New Year's Eve after 8:00 p.m. tonight.

MAX trains will run extended hours: the last Blue and Yellow Line trains will leave Pioneer Courthouse Square at 3:00 a.m.
