In honor of all the delicious snap peas my farmer friends have generously bestowed upon me, this month's Trip Diary winners are rewarded with their own gifts of P's - gift cards to Powell's, Pastini Pastaria, and Patagonia.

Our first winner, Curtis, works in Northwest Portland at Con-way Enterprise Services.  He's a big-time bike commuter and his employer is a big supporter of bike commuters.  Curtis is pictured below inside one of Con-way's secure, covered bicycle parking facilities.  In addition, Curtis and several of his co-workers participate in the meals-on-two-wheels program, delivering meals to homebound Portlanders on their bikes!  Curtis scored a gift card to Patagonia for his smart commute.

Our second winner, Cris, bike commutes from North Portland to Northeast about 12 miles each day. Cris tells us he likes riding because he "gets places quicker than on the bus or Max," and "spends little on bike upkeep."  Plus when he's on his bike he "feels connected to the neighborhoods I ride through because I notice changes in the seasons, houses being painted, and gardens growing."  Keep it up Cris!  Enjoy that $50 gift card to Powell's.
