The City of Portland Bureau of Transportation is studying bike sharing as a potential tool to increase the number of people using bicycles for transportation and recreation - and we need your feedback!
Come try out four different bike sharing systems:
Friday, 8/14 from 10:30 - 6:00pm
Ankeny Pavilion (Waterfront Park just south of the Burnside Bridge)
&
Sunday, 8/16 from 9:00 - 4:00pm
Laurelhurst Park (SE Oak and 37th during the Sunday Parkways event)

Bicycle sharing systems are automated, public bike rental systems available for short term rental.
There are over 100 bike sharing systems in Europe. Washington, DC and Montreal, Quebec are the two North American cities with large bike sharing systems (110 and 3,000 bikes, respectively). To learn more about bike sharing, please visit PBOT's bike sharing information website.
