May is National Bike Month

What's more Portland then free food and bike rides? Nothing, unless somewhere people are actually pedaling free donuts - that might be more Portland than Portland.
Since May is National Bike Month, there are a decent amount of bike rides and fun events on the calendar. I say decent because compared to the months of June (Pedalpalooza) or September (Bike Commute Challenge), May is relatively bike-tame in P-town.
Still, there are some great events, not to mention the first Sunday Parkways of the year on May 16! The City is sponsoring a free breakfast on Tuesday, May 11th at Pioneer Square. If you want to check out all the stuff going on this month, the folks behind the Drive Less Save More campaign have put together this handy packet, complete with event calendar, posters, and tips to get your four-wheel bound colleagues spinning their free-wheels!
