TriMet will be opening several new bike parking facilities later this summer.  These won't be your plain old bike rack or locker.  We're talking secure, electronically-accessed, on-demand, bike-only parking areas!  They'll make it much easier to ride to the MAX and feel confident about leaving your bike at the station.

Sunset, Beaverton, and Gresham Central transit centers will all be equipped.  To access the parking facility, transit riders will need to buy a "Bike Link" card.  The card helps keep track of who is using the parking to help keep your bike safe.

To sweeten the deal, TriMet is giving away 20 Bike Link cards.  You can enter to win at one of five events in June or July.  Details about the promotion can be found at TriMet's website.
