Ten Toe Express Walks 2019
The health benefits of walking are numerous, including reduced risk of heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and obesity. Walking with others provides the added benefits of a valuable support network and new friendships!
Ten Toe Express walks are held alternating Thursdays at 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays at 9:00 a.m. from May 2nd through September 14th.
