Dec. 4th Presentation on innovative bikeway developments, from around the world to Portland

Martha Roskowski, Director of Bikes Belong Foundation’s Green Lane Project, and a group of local transportation officials will discuss bikeway improvements from international and local perspectives at a free presentation on Tuesday, December 4th.
Portland is one of six focus cities selected to be a part of the Green Lane Project, which works to support building world-class cycling networks. Roskowski will lead the discussion focusing on national and international developments in bicycling transportation and how Portland can learn from those advances.
The evening will include a short video about innovative bicycle infrastructure in several European cities. The video will be shown “cinema interruptus” style, allowing audience members to pause the viewing at any point to ask the panel questions.
