At Rigler you can dance to the music and learn a few new hooping tricks!  Bike N Hike will be on hand to give your bike some love.  And the Portland Jugglers will entertain you with their talents.  Dress as a circus performer and get free circus tickets from the Ringling Riders!  Or if you don't want to dress up - no problem, they will have decorations available for you to beautify your bike.
