(Sept. 13, 2013) – The City of Portland Bureau of Transportation advises the traveling public that street improvements will require a lane closure on SE Stark   Street between SE 108^th and 122^nd avenues from Tuesday, September 17^th through Monday, September 23^rd from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. 

The public is advised to expect delays on SE Stark Street while repairs are being made. This closure is necessary to remove sections of the existing asphalt with a milling machine and repave with new layers of asphalt. 

We ask the public to travel cautiously, observe all lane closures and directions by flaggers, and use alternate routes if possible. One lane will remain open at all times. Local access to residences and businesses will be provided.
