News Advisory: Commissioner Novick to lead dedication of Portland Streetcar’s latest public art project on Monday Sept. 30
(Sept. 27, 2013) – Transportation Commissioner Steve Novick and leaders of Portland Streetcar Inc. and the Regional Arts & Culture Council will dedicate a new public art project and learn about it firsthand from artist Jorge Pardo, an international artist based in Mexico who is visiting Portland for the event.
