Traffic Advisory: SE Gladstone Street paving to close lanes Oct. 16 to Nov. 1
(October 10, 2013) – The City of Portland Bureau of Transportation advises the traveling public that street improvements will require intermittent lane closures on SE Gladstone Street between SE Cesar Chavez Boulevard and SE 26th Avenue from Wednesday, October 16 through Friday, November 1, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays.
The public is advised to expect significant delays, travel cautiously, observe all lane closures and directions by flaggers, and use alternate routes if possible.

Work will begin in the eastbound lane of SE Gladstone at SE 26th Avenue and progress towards SE Cesar Chavez Boulevard, and then continue in the westbound lane back to SE 26th Avenue.
Local access will be provided to residences and businesses and sidewalks will be kept open for people walking and bicycling.
This work is weather-dependent and the schedule may change.
