(December 4, 2013) – The City of Portland Bureau of Transportation advises the traveling public that street improvements will require alternating lane closures on SE Yamhill Street between SE 69^th Avenue and SE 76^th Avenue from Thursday, December 5 through Friday, December 12, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. each day. 

The street improvements involve grinding down the existing pavement and repaving .93 lane miles of the street.

One traffic lane will remain open at all times.   Local access to residences and businesses will be provided.

The public is advised to expect delays on while repairs are being made. We ask the public to travel cautiously, observe lane closures and directions by flaggers, and use alternate routes if possible.

This work is weather-dependent and the schedule may change.
