East Portland Sunday Parkways will once again include the Foster Floodplain Natural Area. The 63-acre Foster Floodplain Natural Area is located just south of SE Foster Road between SE 104th and SE 111th avenues, near the Springwater Corridor Trail.  Make sure you stop by and get your fish hat.  There will be lots of other fun activities including Audubon's Birds of Prey, food, music by Train River, and basic mechanics by Bike Farm.  Take some time to walk or bike the trail and learn about Johnson Creek.

The Foster Floodplain Natural Area features an ADA-accessible paved trail, a footbridge across Johnson Creek, paved parking, an interpretive kiosk and access to the Springwater Corridor Trail. The natural area is open daily from 8:00 am until 7:00 pm.
