Pre-Application Instructions  

A pre-application worksheet is available to help applicants organize their project ideas and seek PBOT staff consultation in advance of submitting the full application. The pre-application worksheet can be reviewed during the grantee informational workshops or via phone. Phone consultations must be scheduled before July 31, 2017. Please email​ to schedule a phone consultation and/or share the pre-applications electronically. Use of the pre-application worksheet is not required prior to application submission.

Application Instructions

Applications must be submitted electronically or in person by 5:00 PM on Thursday, August 31, 2017 to: ​

Suite 800 is located on the 8th Floor of the Portland Building. The office is open between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Note: Applications mailed through U.S. Postal Service must also be received by deadline 5:00 PM on Thursday, August 31, 2017.
