The Vision Zero Project List describes funded and unfunded safety fixes on the High Crash Network. Portland City Council adopted this list on July 13, 2017.

There are four categories of projects:

Install bike and ped crossing improvements and ITS infrastructure (communication network, enhanced bus detection, Bluetooth detection, CCTV cameras, and vehicle /pedestrian detectors) from Columbia to Hawthorne. These ITS devices allow us to provide more efficient and safe operation of our traffic signal system consistent with our policies of moving people more effectively. Partially funded
Powell Inner Powell Blvd Corridor Improvements Retrofit existing street with multimodal safety improvements from Ross Island Bridge to Interstate 205 including enhanced pedestrian and bicycle crossings, pedestrian and bike activated signals, median islands with trees, redesign of selected intersections and stormwater management facilities. Stark Jade & Montavilla Connected Centers Add protected bike lane on SE Washington from 72nd to 92nd Ave/ I-205 multi-use path. Preferably reconfigure left turn movements from 82nd to the Stark/Washington couplet to reduce neighborhood cut-through traffic impacts on local streets, particularly SE Alder. Alternatively, construct sidewalk, lighting, curb and drainage on SE Alder from 82nd to 84th Ave where cut-through traffic is problematic currently. Enhanced crossings of arterials, including SE Washington and Stark at 84th and 86th.  Funded
