- NE 27th Avenue from NE Columbia Blvd. to NE Holland Street
- NE Holland Street from NE 27th Avenue to 25 or 52 feet east of NE 27th Avenue
Property owners are providing funding for this project with overhead costs funded by the Portland Bureau of Transportation.
