Proposed Neighborhood Safety Projects
If the measure passes, what projects would be completed?
As part of PBOT’s outreach and engagement for the “In Motion” plans, neighbors and businesses identified possible projects. Proposed projects include adding small segments of sidewalk, signage and striping changes, and speed bumps designed to increase safety for people walking and bicycling.
What would be the impact on streets?
PBOT’s “In Motion” projects, if completed, would create new ways for people to travel in their neighborhoods by making new connections. If the measure passes, the addition of specified segments of sidewalk, signage and striping changes, and speed bumps would result in a more complete network for people walking and bicycling.
