Driveway design exceptions are processed within approximately four weeks after submittal of a complete request and online payment.

To submit a Driveway Design Exception Request form (linked below) and supporting documents, please email them in pdf format to DrivewayDesignException@portlandoregon.gov .  You will receive instructions via email on how to pay through the City’s online payment portal, Development Hub PDX (DevHub). Once payment is made, an automated payment confirmation will be provided via email. The Development Hub PDX User Manual can be found here.
