Effective Monday, July 16, 2018, the Water Bureau’s Walk-In Service Center will move to 664 N Tillamook Street, this office is adjacent to the intersection of N Interstate and N Tillamook Street. You can speak to a representative and pay your Water bill at this location. The hours of operation are from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and there is free parking.
On the evening of Tuesday July 17, customers will be temporarily unable to make payments on our view/pay bill website and on our automated phone payment line from 6:30 PM until 7:30 PM due to scheduled maintenance. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
