  • Downtown Customer Service Has Moved Pay your bill in person at our new downtown location, 111 SW Columbia St. Suite 660, Portland OR 97201.

  • Register online for our new Customer Self Service system If you have not registered for our new Customer Self Service system, it will be necessary to complete account registration even if you had a login with our previous view/pay bill website.

  • Meter Readers Electronic meter reading devices assist staff in gathering billing information. Please keep access to your meter clear.

  • Pay Your Bill By Phone Call 503-823-7770. Call Center staff is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.- 5 p.m.
