Keeping your financial data secure is among the City’s highest priorities. Due to data security upgrades, we must change our payment options to meet new bank security requirements. As part of these upgrades we are required to discontinue the automatic payments we have with our customers.
You will know your Auto Pay agreement has been discontinued when you no longer see the words “DO NOT PAY” on your utility bill. Once your Auto Pay agreement has been discontinued, you will need to submit payment.
You can also set up automatic bill pay through your bank, credit union, or other financial institution, if it offers this service.
We are continually looking for ways to provide the best service to our customers. We understand that this change creates an inconvenience and we appreciate your patience during this transition.
