New Financial Assistance Program Changes Effective July 1, 2018

We are making the Sewer/Stormwater/Water bill even more affordable for Portlanders with low-incomes by offering additional bill discounts, increased crisis assistance vouchers, and funds for renters in multi-family properties facing eviction.
