Pay Your Sewer/Stormwater/Water Bill

Effective Monday, July 16, 2018, the Water Bureau’s Walk-In Service Center will move to 664 N Tillamook Street, this office is adjacent to the intersection of N Interstate and N Tillamook Street. You can speak to a representative and pay your Water bill at this location.  The hours of operation are from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and there is free parking.

On Thursday February 21st starting at 9:00 p.m., our automated phone payment line will be intermittently unavailable due to scheduled maintenance. We anticipate that it will be fully available after 3:00 a.m. on February 22nd. Customers will be able to access our view/pay bill website during this time. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes.
