Effective Monday, July 16, 2018, the Water Bureau’s Walk-In Service Center will move to 664 N Tillamook Street, this office is adjacent to the intersection of N Interstate and N Tillamook Street. You can speak to a representative and pay your Water bill at this location. The hours of operation are from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and there is free parking.
On Saturday April 27th customers will be temporarily unable to view or download images of their bill online from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. due to system maintenance.
Payments on our website and on our automated phone payment line will still be available during this time.
On Sunday April 28th customers will be unable to access our view/pay bill website and our automated phone payment line from 2:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. due to scheduled maintenance.
