For the second year, the Portland Utility Board (PUB) will serve as the Budget Advisory Committee (BAC) for the Portland Water Bureau and the Bureau of Environmental Services (BES).

The PUB is a citizen oversight body that meets all year to oversee both the bureaus’ development of financial plans, capital improvement plans, the annual budget, and rate-setting for the City's sewer, stormwater, and water services. PUB meetings are held the first Tuesday each month. The public is welcome to attend. Details at www.portlandoregon.gov/cbo/PUB.
