The Portland Water Bureau (PWB) requests the submittal of proposals from consulting firms interested in providing the technical services required to design and develop plans and specifications for construction of a 50 million gallon (MG) underground, reinforced concrete, rectangular reservoir and associated piping, appurtenances, emergency overflow, drainage, conduit 5 transmission pipe, restoration, and modifications to existing pipeline intertie facilities, and the planning and design of park, recreational, and trail facilities.
