The Portland Water Bureau offers free school assembly programs for elementary schools within the Portland Water Bureau service area. Assembly programs teach students about the importance of drinking water to their daily lives.

“Where’s the Water Watson” is the story of a scientist/detective and her invisible sidekick, Watson. Together they use inquiry to solve water mysteries and explore ways to use water wisely. The show tells the water cycle story using music, interactive engagement, and repetition.
