SW Nevada Street Traffic Restrictions from January-April

As part of the Hannah Mason Pump Station construction project, crews will be excavating along SW Nevada Street in Southwest Portland for the next three-four months. Excavation will begin January 12, 2016. SW Nevada Street between SW Macadam Boulevard and SW Virginia Avenue will be restricted to local traffic but the north driveway of the shopping center will remain open. Traffic using that driveway to exit will not be able to turn right on SW Nevada Street.  See map for traffic restrictions on SW Nevada Street.  Zupan’s Markets and all area businesses will remain open during construction.
SW Nevada Traffic Restrictions
As with any construction project, safety is our first priority. Please obey flaggers and all construction signs.

Project Information:
The Hannah Mason Pump Station is being built to replace the aging Fulton Pump Station on SW Nevada Street. Work began in March 2015 and will continue into fall of 2016. The Water Bureau is working closely with Portland Parks & Recreation and other local agencies to coordinate this project with ongoing operations and other projects in the area. We will keep neighbors, local businesses and other stakeholders updated as work progresses.
