In 2016, the Portland Water Bureau surveyed its customers on topics related to the service that the Portland Water Bureau provides. Survey topics included customer service, outages, communicating with customers, seismic preparedness, and customer behaviors and attitudes about tap water. The survey results and other information will help the Water Bureau evaluate and improve its performance measures, called Key Service Levels.
