Do you need more time to pay your bill? You can now set payment arrangements online. Log in to your account to extend your due date and break your bill up into multiple payments. You can select to pay on a date or in weekly, bi-weekly or monthly installments.
Click the below button to login to your account and select Payment tab and click Pay Arrangements.
If your account has a pending disconnect due to non-pay, a pending change of service such as you are moving or your service is currently disconnected, please call Customer Service at 503-823-7770 for assistance.
A Payment Arrangement is a contractual agreement entered into by you with the City of Portland for your Stormwater, Sewer and Water utility account. You must agree to pay all outstanding balances prior to your next meter reading period. Please note that the Water Bureau will not be able to grant a payment arrangement if there is an owing balance carried over from a previous bill.
