The Portland Water Bureau offers financial assistance in the form of payment arrangements, bill discounts for sewer and water charges, crisis vouchers, fixture repair services, and the Utility Safety Net program.
To respond to the impacts of COVID-19, we have expanded financial assistance program qualifications.

Do you need extra time to pay your sewer/stormwater/water bill? Payment arrangements are available.
Through an innovative partnership with Home Forward, we are now able to offer up to $500 in assistance to eligible customers living in multi-family dwellings who are at risk of eviction.

The Water Efficiency Program offers information and technical resources to all customers about using water efficiently and cost effectively.
