Portland, OR—The City of Portland and Multnomah County will hold a press conference to announce funding availability for a supportive housing, SRO-style pilot that would be the first solicitation of its kind to bundle services funding with construction funding. Richard Harris Building - 8 NW 8th Ave. The press conference will be on the second floor, just up the stairs from the main entrance.
