On Wednesday, I had the honor of meeting with the incredibly talented young women of the Rose Festival Court. They had the unique opportunity of sitting in on our morning Council Session, which covered a broad range of items.

The young women were very knowledgeable and passionate about the issues we face in our society. Their perception of the world was also refreshing and positive. They will be the future leaders of our City, and I cannot wait to see what’s in store for them. Sky’s the limit!
